Etch Rewards Point System

At Etch Hair Design, once a file is created and services are processed, clients will automatically start receiving points. Every dollar spent on a hair service is equivalent to 1 point. Points can be used to get discounts on products. Every 500 points = $20 dollars off retail only.

BIRTHDAY DISCOUNT:

Happy Birthday! Clients get $10 dollars off for their birthday valid during the month of birthdate. Only applicable to existing and returning clients.

Cancellation Policy

To prevent increasing no shows and last minute cancellations, we hope clients will follow our policy. Please cancel or reschedule your appointment 48 hours prior to the time of your appointment, with exceptions to last minute emergencies. Cancellations or no-shows without notification will be flagged. If multiple no-shows or last minute cancellations occur, clients will be permanently blocked from booking online.

If a cancellation occurs within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, clients will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the base service cost at their next scheduled appointment. If you would like to void this, please cancel your appointment 48 hours or more ahead of the scheduled appointment time.

If a client does not show to their appointment and are unreachable, they will be blocked from online booking and clients will be required to call and pay a 50% fee of the canceled service on top of the newly booked service if they wish to book a new appointment.

Clients who are running more than 10 minutes late, please call us at the location of your appointment. If the stylist is unable to accommodate the lateness, you will be rescheduled to a different time and/or day. If there is no notification or contact after 15 minutes, the appointment will be marked as a no show.

Deposit policy

Services with the duration of 3+ hours require a non-refundable deposit fee for new clients only. The deposit will go towards the service and will be deducted from the total cost after the service has been completed. If a client does not show, or cancels within 48 to the time of their appointment, the deposit will be forfeited. If you are unable to show, please reschedule your appointment 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment.

A consultation and deposit are mandatory for the following services:

• Japanese Permanent Straightening: $100

• Nanoplastia Smoothing Treatment: $100

• Curly/Wave Perm Services: $50

• All Lightening Services: $100

Parking via Location

BELTLINE Location - 1410 4 St SW

Beltline is it’s own store front along 14th Ave and 4th Street. It has mostly street parking in front or around the area. During the weekday from 3:30-6pm the street parking in front is unavailable. There is also an Impark parking lot across the street.

Beacon Hill Location - Unit #520 11877 Sarcee Trail NW

We’re located in the new complex by the Shell gas station. You can find us in unit #520 with free parking in the front of the store.
